When you create an account or place an order, we collect your mobile number (for OTP-based authentication), name, email address (optional), delivery address, and order history. We do not collect payment card information since we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery and UPI basis.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process and deliver your pre-orders, send order confirmation and status updates via SMS, personalise your experience on the app, and contact you about your orders or account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
OTP Authentication
We use One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your mobile number to authenticate your identity. OTPs expire in 10 minutes and cannot be reused. We use reputable SMS gateway providers to transmit OTPs securely.
Data Security
Your data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. Passwords are never stored — we use OTP-based passwordless authentication exclusively.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit. These cookies contain only a session identifier and do not store personal information. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect your ability to use the ordering system.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and order history for up to 3 years to comply with applicable tax and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at maventourindia@gmail.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may update your name, email, and address from the Profile page. To request account deletion, contact us at maventourindia@gmail.com.
