Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Meat and Mushroom food ordering platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Pre-Order Policy
All orders on Meat and Mushroom are pre-orders. You must schedule your delivery at least 3 hours in advance and not more than 7 days ahead. This policy exists to ensure our kitchen can prepare fresh food for every order. Orders placed within the 3-hour window will be automatically rejected.
Payment — Cash on Delivery Only
Meat and Mushroom exclusively accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. You must have the exact order amount in cash ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel do not carry change above ₹500. Refusing payment upon delivery may result in your account being suspended.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at +91 98152 03391. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have entered the "Preparing" status. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension.
Delivery Area
Meat and Mushroom currently delivers within select areas of Jalandhar, Punjab. The availability of delivery to your pincode will be confirmed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control such as traffic, weather, or civil disruptions.
Accuracy of Orders
Please review your order carefully before placing it. While we make every effort to accommodate special instructions noted at checkout, we cannot guarantee modifications to standard recipes due to operational constraints.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us directly before ordering.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
